- Speaker directory — Information submitted through the speaker profile form is used to create and maintain your listing in our public speaker directory. Your name, professional title, bio, topic categories, and social media links will be publicly visible. Your personal email address is never displayed publicly unless you explicitly request it.
- Matching speakers with organizers — We use the information from speaker profiles and organizer requests to connect event organizers with relevant speakers. We may share your professional information (name, bio, topics) with organizers who express interest in booking you.
- Communication — We use your email address to respond to your form submissions, notify you of booking inquiries, and communicate about your listing. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
- We never sell your data — We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for any purpose.

- Contact form submissions — Messages submitted through our contact form are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted.
- Server logs — Standard web server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes and then automatically deleted.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
