About Brian Vicente
Brian Vicente is the Founding Partner of Vicente LLP, which Rolling Stone has called "the country's first powerhouse marijuana law firm." He was a lead drafter of Colorado's Amendment 64 and co-directed the successful 2012 campaign that made Colorado the first state in the world to legalize recreational cannabis.
Vicente LLP is consistently ranked Nationwide Band 1 by Chambers and Partners since 2019. Brian has advised governments around the world on cannabis regulation, including Uruguay, the first country to legalize marijuana.
