Chris Walsh is the founding editor and former CEO of MJBiz (Marijuana Business Daily). He was the first journalist in the United States to focus exclusively on covering the business of cannabis, joining at MJBiz's 2011 launch and building MJBizCon into the cannabis industry's largest trade show.
MJBiz was acquired by Emerald X for $120 million under his leadership. He departed in January 2024.
