About Colleen Keahey Lanier
Colleen Keahey Lanier served as Executive Director of the Hemp Industries Association from 2017 to 2019, leading the nation's oldest hemp trade organization through the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill. She founded HIA's first state chapter in Tennessee in 2014.
She launched the "Hemp Is Legal" Times Square billboard campaign in 2019 challenging Facebook's censorship of hemp content, and grew HIA farming membership from ~100 to 400 members.
