About Coreen Carroll
Coreen Carroll is the executive chef and co-founder of the Cannaisseur Series, a pioneering cannabis-infused pop-up dining experience in San Francisco. She applies wine-food pairing sophistication to cannabis, featuring curated flower "intermezzos" between courses.
She co-authored EDIBLES: Small Bites for the Modern Cannabis Kitchen (Chronicle Books, 2018), which sold 30,000+ copies. She won Netflix's Cooked with Cannabis Episode 3 and was named one of America's Top 10 Cannabis Chefs by the SF Chronicle.
