Dr. Constantin von der Groeben is Co-Founder and Managing Director of DEMECAN, Germany's only independent company covering the entire medical cannabis value chain. A lawyer by training who practiced in Berlin and New York, he founded DEMECAN in 2017 when Germany passed the Cannabis as Medicine Act.
