Dr. Jamila Owens-Todd is a Naturopathic Doctor, formulations consultant, and one of the most recognized voices in the cannabis industry. With her dual background in chemistry and plant medicine, she became a pioneer in cannabis-infused product development.
She serves as Executive Director of Power4STL and MINT Health while also serving as Adjunct Professor of Cannabis Pharmacology at Saint Louis University. She delivered the keynote address at the Cannabis Science Conference Spring 2024.
