About Jonathan Miller
Jonathan Miller is General Counsel of the U.S. Hemp Roundtable, the hemp industry's leading trade association. A former two-term Kentucky State Treasurer, Miller worked with Senator McConnell on the 2014 and 2018 Farm Bills that legalized hemp federally.
He leads the hemp practice at Frost Brown Todd and has testified multiple times before Congress on hemp regulation.
