About Kim Rivers
Kim Rivers has served as Chair of the Board and CEO of Trulieve Cannabis Corp. since 2015, guiding the Florida-based company from one of five original state licensees into one of the most profitable and largest multi-state cannabis operators in the United States. A former M&A and securities attorney, Rivers led Trulieve's 2,000-page Florida license application, which scored highest among applicants.
Under Rivers's leadership, Trulieve reported fiscal year 2024 revenue of $1.2 billion and Adjusted EBITDA of $420 million, with a retail footprint of 225 stores. She spearheaded the transformational acquisition of Harvest Health & Recreation — the largest transaction in U.S. cannabis industry history at the time. She is the only female CEO of a publicly traded multi-state cannabis operator.
