About Nicole Howell
Nicole Howell is a Founding Partner of Clark Howell LLP, one of California's first female-led law firms devoted exclusively to cannabis business and regulatory law. In practice since 2006, Nicole was among the first women in California to start a firm focused entirely on the cannabis industry.
She served as lead regulatory counsel in closing one of 2019's largest California cannabis acquisitions and is actively engaged in psychedelics legislation and policy.
