Shaleen Title is an Indian-American attorney, drug policy activist, and one of the nation's foremost experts on equitable cannabis regulation. She served as one of five inaugural commissioners of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (2017-2020), where Boston Magazine dubbed her "the people's weed watchdog."

She founded the Parabola Center for Law and Policy, a nonpartisan think tank creating model policies to protect consumers, workers, and small businesses. Her publication Bigger is Not Better ranked #2 among the world's most downloaded antitrust articles on SSRN in 2022.
