Dr. Willie McKinney is the Founder and CEO of McKinney Regulatory Science Advisors, LLC, providing regulatory strategy, compliance consulting, and specialized testing services for the cannabis, nicotine, and consumer-packaged goods industries. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT).

Prior to founding McKinney RSA, Dr. McKinney served as Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at JUUL Labs and VP of Regulatory Sciences at Altria.
